Suzanne Sheil
Suzanne commenced her career in recruitment in 1987 after a varied background that included two years working in Tokyo for an American/Japanese joint venture sales & marketing company and a number of years working for the Sydney office of a major Japanese banking corporation in both administration and financial operations roles.
Upon joining Centacom Staff Pty Ltd in 1987 Suzanne commenced at the Bondi Junction office and was promoted to the position of Branch Manager after 5 years as a consultant. Her success during this time was recognised by being given the opportunity to travel overseas for further training and this experience served to further enhance Suzanne’s knowledge and skills. Within 2 years of her promotion to Branch Manager she was awarded the prestigious "Manager of the Year" award which included further overseas travel. During this period Suzanne was also an active and committed member of the Institute of Personnel Consultants, the forerunner to the RCSA, the industry’s peak professional body.
Suzanne joined Anne & Claire in opening EastSide Personnel in April 1998 and both as Director and Manager of Temporary Recruitment Services continues to demonstrate her enthusiasm for the industry and her dedication to quality customer service. Suzanne is a Certified Recruitment Consultant and holds full membership of the RCSA. Suzanne is currently a Member of the RCSA Education and Training Committee as well as a Mentor for the Women in Business Program sponsored by the Department of State and Regional Development.
