EastSide Personnel was established in 1998 by Claire Baistow, Anne Rheinberger and Suzanne Sheil to provide permanent and temporary recruitment services to businesses in Sydney's eastern suburbs and beyond. Real estate has always been a major component of our client base due to Anne’s strong connections within the industry.

The Directors have over 40 years combined experience in the recruitment industry and our knowledge and experience have been recognised since our inception with a number of small business awards. This recognition culminated last year with EastSide Personnel being acknowledged as the winner of the Professional Services category in the Champion of Champion Small Business Awards. These awards are actually the largest of their kind in Australia and it was a great honour to win our category after having been a finalist the year before. We pledge to continually strive for excellence in our field of professional personnel services.

Eastside Personnel is a Corporate Member of the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and all three Directors are individual member of same association.

EastSide Personnel is also an active supporter of the Eastern Suburbs Business Enterprise Centre (ESBEC).
